Missing Maryland man believed to be in Hattiesburg area

HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) -

This is news release from the Hattiesburg Police Department.

Detectives from Montgomery County Maryland Police Department – 2nd District Investigative Section area asking for the public's help to locate a missing Bethesda man.

John Patrick Donohoe 36, was last seen at a family member’s residence on Elmore Lane in Bethesda, Maryland December 13, 2016.

Family members returned home from errands and found Donohoe was no longer at the residence. 

Donohoe is described to 5’11” tall and weighing 145 pounds. He has short black hair, brown eyes, and a mustache. Police and family members are concerned for Donohoe’s emotional and physical welfare.

Information has been received that Donohoe is the in area of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Documentation shows Donohoe to be in the area of US Highway 49 North in the area of the hotels and or the homeless camp area.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of John Patrick Donohoe is asked to call the Hattiesburg Police Department 601-545-4910 or Detective Daniels at 601-545-4971 ext 240.
