McComb police searching for missing man

MCCOMB, MISSISSIPPI -

The McComb Police Department is investigating a missing person report that was filed Wednesday.

Twenty-year-old Chinwendu Anazia, also known as "CA," was last seen on December 13 at 9 a.m. driving a Beige 2006 Toyota, Corolla with a Mississippi Tag “PKA 332”. 

The report was filed by family members on December 14, according to police. 

Anazia was in route to Co-Lin Community College to attend a campus event, and family hasn’t had any contact since he left his residence in McComb Wednesday morning.

Police are asking if anyone comes in contact with Anazia to please contact local law enforcement or McComb Police Department at 601-684-3213.

    The City of Hattiesburg is urging motorists to use caution Thursday morning in various areas of the city due to utility work. Pearl River Valley Electric began work on switching out a transformer at 6 a.m.  So, traffic lights at US 98 and Hwy 11, US 98 and Lake Forgetful and US 98 and Cross Creek Parkway are expected to experience some downtime .  The Hattiesburg Police Department will be directing traffic in those areas to offer support in the event downtime does occur.&n...More >>
