BROOKLYN, MS (WDAM) - The Mississippi Department of Education has given the Forrest County Agricultural High School an "A" rating for academic achievement.
Students were honored during an assembly at the high school Tuesday afternoon.
Speakers included state superintendent Carey Wright, and school superintendent Billy Ellzey
"It's been a real boost just to see all these celebrations," Wright said. "I'm very proud of what's been going on in Mississippi, and excited to see the things that are happening."
During the ceremony, guests were treated to a performance from the school band.
