ELLISVILLE, MS (WDAM) -

Jones County Junior College remains undefeated in its 2016-17 campaign as the Bobcats beat Copiah-Lincoln 106-85 on Monday night.

Jones County trailed by three at halftime but were able to break away from the Wolves in the second half thanks in part to Laurel High grad Rickey Holden’s game-high 23 points.

Bay Springs alum Bruce Stevens added 20 points for JCJC as the Bobcats improved to 7-0.

Jones County will host Louisiana Christian Prep at 3 p.m. on Saturday at Howard Gym.
