JONES COUNTY, MS (WDAM) -

A Jones County deputy went above and beyond on his holiday to assist a motorist that was broken down on the side of the road. 

The Jones County Sheriff's Department doted on Deputy Daniel Moulds on their Facebook page. 

The post read: 

"The Jones County Sheriff's Department takes very seriously protecting Jones County...as well as SERVING Jones County. Doing his job with the true spirit of the JCSD, Deputy Daniel Moulds assists a local motorist having some trouble while traveling. Be safe and Merry CHRISTmas!"
