Bonds set for 3 charged in child exploitation case

PETAL, MS (WDAM) -

The three Petal residents charged in a child exploitation case made their initial appearances in court Monday afternoon.

Bonds for Christina Walley and Theodore Walley were set at $40,000 each. They were both charged with one count each of production of child porn ($20,000) and one count of possessing child porn ($20,000).

Bond for Tarrin Davis was also set at $40,000.

She was charged with one count of production of child porn ($20,000) and one count of felony child neglect ($20,000).

Authorities accused them of possessing and producing child pornography in a home on North Main Street.

The arrests come after a 10-month investigation involving the Attorney General's office, the District Attorney and the Petal Police Department.
