HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) - Hattiesburg firefighters responded to a house fire on Saturday morning.
Hattiesburg Fire Department received call from 71 Vicker Circle at roughly 11:33 a.m. and authorities arrived to the scene at 11:35.
Battalion Chief Stephen Mooney, Fire Marshall, said when they arrived there were flames extending from a window and heavy smoke.
Mooney said the fire started in the house's bedroom, but the cause is still under investigation. However, a hoverboard was found at the area of origin.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
