This is a news release from Mossy Oak Golf Club

Mossy Oak Golf Club, the new premier golf destination in West Point, Mississippi, announced today that reservations are available online at MossyOakGolf.com and the club will begin booking tee times for play this fall. Mossy Oak Golf Club opens for preview play this September; tee times are available beginning September 3, 2016.

Golfers nationwide are now able to visit MossyOakGolf.com to book tee times through the course’s EZLinks system and plan buddy golf trips to West Point, Mississippi. Stay-and-play packages for Mossy Oak and Old Waverly are also available for booking by calling or emailing Sales & Marketing Manager, Gary Billington (662.524.1000 or gary@mossyoakgolf.com). These golf packages include overnight lodging and rounds of golf at both Mossy Oak and Old Waverly, which is conveniently located across the street from the new course. Lodging is currently available at Old Waverly and additional lodging is in development at Mossy Oak Golf Club.

“We’re excited to begin accepting tee time reservations for Mossy Oak Golf Club and move one step closer to opening the course,” said George Bryan, co-founder of Mossy Oak Golf Club. “There has been much excitement about the opening of Mossy Oak Golf Club and the course will be in excellent condition this fall as we welcome our first guests and golf travelers.”

Mossy Oak Golf Club is set in the rolling hills of the Mississippi Black Prairie and features a 7,400 yard, par-72 golf course designed by the Olympic Course architect Gil Hanse. The course routing is a walk through dotted native oak trees and grasses, with interesting elevation changes and expansive views of the property. Shaped with attention to minimalist design, the course is ideal for walking with tee boxes placed adjacent to the greens. The natural habitat guides the golf experience with many 360-degree views of the entire property throughout the 18-holes. Mossy Oak Golf Club will offer walking caddies (available upon request) and forecaddies (required for groups in carts).
