Pine Belt donates over 300 units of blood in WDAM Blood Bowl

PINE BELT (WDAM) -

WDAM 7 News teamed up with United Blood Services for their annual Blood Bowl Bash this week. 

According to Beverly Clark with United Blood Services, citizens of the Pine Belt donated a total of 337 units of blood. 

Here is a breakdown by town: 

  • Laurel: 98 units
  • Hattiesburg: 79 units
  • Waynesboro: 53 units
  • Columbia: 46 units
  • Collins: 34 units
  • Wiggins: 29 units.
