Five nabbed in Jasper County drug roundup

JASPER COUNTY, MS (WDAM) -

On Thursday The Jasper County Sheriff's Department Narcotic Investigators conducted several drug arrests and search warrant executions on multiple individuals.

The warrants were obtained after several months of investigating possession and trafficking of illegal narcotics throughout the communities of Jasper County.

The warrants were initiated with the assistance from the Jasper County SWAT Team.

The individuals that were arrested are as followed:

  • James Holliday Jr., charged with two counts of sale of a controlled substance, felony.
  • Cedric Lashaun Page, charged with three counts of sale of a controlled substance, felony. 
  • Christopher Adams Goins, charged with possession of marijuana, misdemeanor.
  • Eric Keyes, charged with possession of marijuana, misdemeanor.
  • William E. McCullum Jr., charged with possession of marijuana, misdemeanor.

Holliday and Page are currently being held at the Jasper County Sheriff's Department awaiting their initial appearance before Judge Marvin Jones.

Goins, Keyes, and McCullum are being held at the Jasper County Sheriff's Department awaiting their bail on the misdemeanor charges.
