Website ranks best places to live in Mississippi for 2016

MISSISSIPPI (WDAM) -

This year’s list has been released for the best places to live in the Magnolia State, according to Niche Rankings, a ranking and review website.

The rankings were based on many factors including cost of living, education, public schools, real estate, diversity, health & fitness, nightlife, crime & safety and more.

According to the article, the ranking “provides a comprehensive assessment of the overall livability of an area at the place level.”

    Following a school-record 55 wins and run that ended in an 8-7 loss in the NJCAA national championship, Jones County Junior College softball is eager to open the 2018 season on February 3. Coming that close to the school’s first national title serves as motivation enough for the Lady Bobcats. Regardless, expectations are always high for coach Chris Robinson’s teams – JCJC is a combined 105-12 the last two seasons.
