Missing Wayne County man back in jail after being on the run

WAYNE COUNTY, MS (WDAM) - A Wayne County man is back in jail after being on the run for 18 months.

James Hentley Jr. was arrested Sunday and charged with three felonies, possession of marijuana, possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute both, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Hentley was originally wanted  for several drug charges, and more charges are pending.

He is awaiting his initial appearance and is currently being housed in the Wayne County Jail.
