Five walk away from serious accident unscathed

ELLISVILLE, MS (WDAM) -

A mid-morning accident briefly stopped traffic on Ellisville Boulevard Monday morning.

According to witnesses at the scene, the accident occurred when the driver of a car attempted to pass a Cowboy Maloney delivery truck as the truck was turning on Palmer Road.

The female driver and two male occupants of the car refused transportation to a hospital, and the two occupants of the Cowboy Maloney truck were also uninjured.

Ellisville Fire Department and the Jones County Sheriff's Department responded to the scene.
