HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) -

A Hattiesburg after-school arts program hosted an annual exhibition Saturday night.

An exhibit at the Cultural Center gave children in the Hattiesburg Arts Council's smART Space program a chance to express themselves, in traditional and non-traditional ways.

The program is free and it meets twice a week, allowing children to use all mediums of art and creative movement.

Kids ages 3-15 participate.

"All of the kids have been working very hard all year to produce all of this amazing artwork that you see here, so we framed it up and made it pretty and invited their family and friends," said Abigail Allen, program coordinator.

This was the third year for the exhibit.
