On Sept. 16, 2015, deputies were dispatched to a residence on Forest Holifield Road for a welfare complaint.
A home health nurse came to see her patient when she noticed unusual markings on the victim. The victim had scratches on her back and duct tape residue on her neck, mouth, feet and hands, according to a news release issued by JCSD.
The victim said her boyfriend had aggressively pulled her off the sofa. When she tried leaving the home, he pulled her by her hair when she made it outside, and dragged her back in the home.
She said McDonald then used duct tape to cover her mouth then sexually assaulter her, according to the release.
He also used duct tape to bind her head, feet and hands. He left the residence for several hours then returned to the home where he cut the tape off of her.
The victim then contacted her home health nurse for help and McDonald once again left the home.
When deputies arrived McDonald was gone.
A press release asking for his whereabouts was put out immediately, and he was included on a wanted list.
At the time of his arrest he was out on bond for a burglary charge. That bond is expected to be revoked.
