In game one Nick Lowe (SR/Satsuma, AL) went 3 for 4 with a home run, double, and 4 RBI's as WCU blanked Eureka, 9-0.

Carey put three runs on the board in the bottom of the second inning then Lowe put the game away for good in the fourth inning as he belted a three run home run to highlight a five run inning by the Crusaders.

Lowe added one last run with a RBI double in the sixth inning.

Devin Smith (FR/Franklinton, LA) picked up the win allowing just two hits in six innings of work.

WCU picked up where the left off in game one and finished off the sweep with a 16-3 win in game two.

The lead was short lived as Eureka plated three runs in the second inning to tie the game at 3.

Carey finally broke the deadlock in the fifth and did so in a big way. James Land (JR/Saucier, MS) started the scoring with a RBI double and Adrian Brown (JR/McComb, MS) followed with a RBI single to make it 5-3 and WCU never looked back. Carey pushed across nine runs in the inning to open a 12-3 lead.

Carey added four more runs in the sixth inning for good measure.
