Not guilty verdict for Pine Belt nurse accused of murder

HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) - A Pine Belt nurse charged with murder has been found not guilty by a jury of her peers.

April Grissom, of Petal, a former registered nurse at Wesley Medical Center was found not guilty at the end of the four day trial.

Grissom was accused of murder in the 2013 death of Louis Betz Jr., who died at Wesley Medical Center.
