LAMAR COUNTY, MS (WDAM) -

A Lamar County home was destroyed by a fire Sunday night, and investigators are working to determine the cause.

Firefighters responded to the scene at 90 Cambrook in the Bent Creek subdivision just before 10 p.m.

Homeowners were not home at the time of the fire, and no one was injured in the blaze.

The cause of the fire was not determined.

Fire officials said they will bring in investigators to determine the cause, and origin of the fire.
