The Hattiesburg-Laurel Regional Airport is celebrating it's one-year anniversary of service with American Eagle Airlines.
The carrier, based in Texas, began serving the Pine Belt on November 6, 2014.
Since then, it has flown more than 15,000 passengers to and from Dallas-Fort Worth, with a 98 percent on-time record.
American Eagle replaced Silver Airways, who served Hattiesburg-Laurel for 18 months, but had only a 40 percent on-time record.
