HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) - Many Pine Belt Rush Card customers are without access to their funds, and have been for at least three days.
According to Rush Card's Twitter page, the company is switching to a new technology provider. The switch has prevented many card holders from accessing their accounts, including Pine Belt customers.
According to Rush Card's website, the update has been completed, but customers need to take a few steps to access their funds again.
One way customers can access their funds is by visiting any of the company's ATM machines, according to the company's Twitter page.
If a customer cannot access an ATM machine, they may need to change the passwords to their accounts. For instructions on how to reset your account password, click here.
The company also warned that the balance on the account may not reflect transactions made during the update. The correct balance should be reflected at any ATM, and direct deposits may be slightly delayed, according to the company.
