RICHTON, MS (WDAM) - Thousands of people are expected to visit the Fulmer family farm in Richton this weekend for the 28th annual Mississippi Pecan Festival.
The event began Friday and will run through Sunday.
More than 200 vendors will be selling arts, crafts, food and clothing during the festival.
There will also be demonstrations from blacksmiths, soap-makers, potters and woodworkers.
Visitors can also watch mule-pulls, ride on horse-drawn carriages and see examples of pioneer logging techniques.
Tickets are $10 each day, but children four and under get in for free.
