This is a news release from Forrest General Hospital

Forrest General Home Care and Hospice is celebrating 30 years of providing valuable home care services to the Pine Belt and beyond. During July and August, staff in each branch office gathered to celebrate more than 3 decades of service and to recognize staff members that have given 30 years of service to Home Care and Hospice.

"Forrest General purchased this Home Care agency in July of 1985, and we are proud to have served the Pine Belt for 30 years," said Director of Forrest General's Home Care and Hospice, Melita Miller. "We also have several staff members that have been here since the very beginning, and these celebrations are designed to recognize both the agency's accomplishment and the dedication of those employees."

Services include skilled nursing, specialty nursing, social services, certified nurse aides, therapy and various specialty programs for all ages, from newborns to senior adults. Forrest General Home Care serves a 19-county area: Covington, Forrest, George, Greene, Jasper, Jefferson Davis, Jones, Lamar, Lawrence, Lincoln, Marion, Pearl River, Perry, Pike, Simpson, Smith, Stone, Walthall, and Wayne.
