FGH announces junior cheerleader, football play and darlin' of the game

This is a news release from Forrest General Hospital 

Forrest General Hospital is proud to announce the Junior Cheerleader, Junior Football Player and Darlin’ of the Game for the September 5 home game. Watch the sidelines before the game and during halftime for these young fans as Southern Miss takes on Mississippi State University this Saturday!

Junior Football Player of the game for the September 5 matchup is Matthew DeFreese. Matthew is a third grader at Moselle Elementary School and is the son of Paul and Jennifer DeFreese.

Junior Cheerleader of the game is Willa Read Pitts, a first grader at West Jones Elementary School. Willa is the daughter of Nicole Bush Pitts.

Katie Niemeyer, a senior at Lamar Christian Academy, will join the Dixie Darlings as Darlin’ of the game for September 5. Katie is the daughter of Matt and Stacey Niemeyer.
