Early voter turnout steady for Pine Belt runoff elections

HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) -

Voters across the Pine Belt are once again casting ballots for the primary runoffs.

Voter turnout in Lamar County so far has been steady for this runoff election.

One precinct in Forrest county is seeing a little less turnout than three weeks ago.

The Lake Serene voting precinct had more than 250 voters as of 11 a.m., while Thames school had about 150 voters during that same time.
