Trial set for Ellisville man involved in fatal DUI accident

ELLISVILLE, MS (WDAM) -

Steven Anderson, 48, was charged with DUI death of another in April after he allegedly collided with another vehicle which was driven by Isaac Holloway.

The 19-year-old later died from injuries he sustained during the accident.

Arraignment for Anderson was on Tuesday where Anderson went before Jones County Circuit Court Judge Dal Williamson.

Anderson pleaded not guilty to the charge, and Judge Williamson set his trial date for December 16, at 9:00 o'clock in the morning.

    A trailer home in Sandersville community caught fire on Sunday afternoon and is being considered a total loss.
