HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) - A Hattiesburg man involved in the shooting death of a Hub City woman pleaded guilty Monday in court.
Thirty-six-year-old Edward Miller was charged with accessory after the fact of murder in the 2014 shooting death of 30-year-old Brandilyn Darty.
Miller was sentenced to 20 years, with 15 to serve and five years post release supervision.
Darty was shot once in the head at 117 Wisteria Drive, and then left at Vernon Dahmer Park where she was later found by police.
Daniel Williams was also arrested and charged with murder in the shooting.
