LAUREL, MS (WDAM) - The Laurel Narcotics Division arrested two people for drug possession after a traffic stop was made by agents on Hartford Street in Laurel Friday.

Travis Williams, 26, and Devion Davis, 22, were arrested for possession of oxycodone and schedule II narcotic, with intent to distribute.

During the traffic stop, agents recovered 20 oxycodone pills and more than $1,200 in cash.

Williams and Davis' bond was set at $25,000 each. But Williams will remain in the Jones County Jail, with a hold on him from Mississippi Department of Corrections because he is on probation for other drug-related charges.
