JONES COUNTY, MS (WDAM) - This is a news release from the Jones County Sheriff's Department 

Bartley Clark, 17 of New Augusta, and Nicholas Overstreet, 16 of Ellisville, have been charged as adults with grand larceny. Each male has two charges against them connected with the theft of two four wheelers from a Moselle address April 1, 2015. The investigation into the thefts, that included witness statements, concluded with the apprehension of both suspects.

The suspects were taken into custody as juveniles, then adjudicated and turned over to the Adult Detention Center and the Circuit Court. Both had their bonds set under Youth Court Judge Gaylon Harper at $15,000 each. The continuing investigation turned up an additional charge for Clark, burglary to an automobile. Overstreet made and initial appearance at Jones County Justice Court and the bond was set for an additional $5,000 on that charge.
