Man facing 3 felony charges after Hattiesburg shooting

HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) - A Hattiesburg man is behind bars in connection to a shooting that occurred in the Hub City.

Adolph Barnett, 47, was arrested just after 2:30 a.m. June 9th, and booked into the Forrest County Jail.

Barnett was arrested in connection to a shooting that occurred in the 3700 block of West 4th Street. He was charged with three felonies, shooting into a dwelling, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, and possession of a stolen firearm.

Barnett made his initial appearance where his bond was set at $120,000 on the three charges.
