HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) - Last Thursday, 35 Domino's restaurants across the state, along with help from other emergency responders, and a few franchise stores raised $33,634.46 for the families of fallen Hattiesburg Police officers Benjamin Deen and Liquori Tate.

Domino's representatives presented members of the Hattiesburg Police Department with the check at their local store on Hardy Street in Hattiesburg.

"Domino's Pizza has shown their support to the Hattiesburg Police Department, more especially to the Deen and Tate families, and it just shows more of how our community is, how our businesses and community in general stand behind us, work together to support us," said Hattiesburg Police Lt. Jon Traxler.

According to RPM Pizza Regional Vice President, Hal Mitchell, the money raised will be divided between the two families of the fallen officers
