HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) - The University of Southern Mississippi has several construction and renovation projects going on around campus with Scianna Hall being the nearest to completion.
Located on the eastern border of the campus, it will house the school of business and is expected to be ready for students in the fall of 2015.
Asbury Hall is another big project and has taken shape on the west side of campus. It's completion date is during the summer of 2016 with students entering during the fall semester of that year.
Joseph Greene Hall is the home of the school of business currently and will undergo a complete renovation in order to house the College of Health which had previously been located in several buildings around campus.
Also bids were opened last week on the Lucas Administration building which will undergo extensive terra cotta repairs with it's completion date being 600 construction days away.
