The Greater Pinebelt Community Foundation hosts special needs estate planning seminar

The Greater PineBelt Community Foundation, in conjunction with Michael J. Axton and Associates, Rasberry Financial Services, The First A National Banking Association, and The Arc PineBelt Region and Jackson & Arrington PLLC, will host a, “Complimentary Estate Planning Seminar”, for families of children with special needs on Thursday, June 11, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Parish Hall located at 833 West Sixth Street, Laurel, MS.

Neil Rogers, Attorney at Law with Jackson & Arrington, will give a presentation on proper estate planning for families of children with special needs. Topics will include: advance health care directives, durable powers of attorney for financial management, wills appointing guardians and conservators for children, living trusts, special needs trusts, and a discussion of the process for obtaining conservatorship for your child. In addition to the talk, there also be a question and answer session. Those who plan to attend should email their questions to pinebeltcf@bellsouth.net before the seminar.

Mr. Rogers is an Attorney at Law with Jackson and Arrington, PLLC. He specializes in estate planning, estate administration, business, and taxation.
