Lady Wildcats softball summer skills camp set June 1-2

POPLARVILLE, MS (WDAM) - This is a news release from Pearl River Community College

Pearl River Community College softball will host its annual Wildcat Summer Skills Camp June 1-2 (Monday and Tuesday) in Lady Wildcat Stadium here on campus.

The two-day camp is set for 9 a.m. until 12 noon for players ages six-to-15 years. Cost is $50 for pre-registered participants, while a $60 fee will be charged for those who register on the starting day of the camp. June 1 registration will begin at 8:30 a.m.

Campers will be instructed in the fundamentals of hitting and fielding through demonstration, drills, and instruction and all participants should bring their own needed equipment.

Participants will receive a camp tee-shirt.
