Isolated showers and storms are possible across the Pine Belt late this afternoon and evening. Tonight is looking mostly dry and overcast with lows near 70.
A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect for Pearl River, Harrison, Hancock, and Jackson counties until 6 p.m. after some spots received over 4 inches of rainfall Saturday. With decent rain chances over the next few days, we'll monitor flooding potential closely.
More thunderstorms will likely be peppered across the area Monday, mainly in the afternoon and evening. Highs will reach the mid/upper 80s under mostly cloudy skies.
A similar pattern will continue through the work week. We'll manage some sunshine by midweek in between hit or miss storms.
