May 3 forecast: Sunny week ahead!

WDAM Weather WDAM Weather

We're enjoying another beautiful, sunny day in the Pine Belt! The outdoors are calling so get out there and enjoy!

Tonight will be similar to last night with lows in the mid 50s.

The start of the work week brings a few clouds and the slight chance for a few isolated afternoon storms. Most spots will stay dry but a few folks might need umbrellas for a short period of time. Highs will top out in the mid 80s.

The blue skies and mostly sunny skies will prevail through the week as high temps climb. We're looking at afternoon highs in the upper 80s by the end of the week. Significant rain chances are nowhere to be found in this week's forecast.
