LAMAR COUNTY, MS (WDAM) -

Little Black Creek Park is hosting their second annual Easter Egg Extravaganza this weekend. They are hiding 20,000 Easter eggs across their 1200 acre property this Saturday. LBC doubled the number of eggs because of last years' large crowd.

“This weekend is our Easter extravaganza, we'll start hiding our Easter eggs at 11a.m.,” said Jordan Nettles. “Everybody's welcome to come in before-hand and enjoy our arts and crafts, vendors, and food vendors. We'll also have a petting zoo, a fun jump, and you can get your picture taken with the Easter bunny. We hope everybody comes out and enjoys it; we'll also be boiling 2000 lbs of crawfish this weekend. “

The Little Black Creek park area also includes 2 beach areas for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and renting golf carts. The Easter Egg Extravaganza is a general admission event; it is $5 per person.
