Powerful cyber bullying ad mimics Jimmy Kimmel segment

Kid read mean tweets to shed light on cyber bullying. Kid read mean tweets to shed light on cyber bullying.

Jimmy Kimmel created a series on his show involving celebrities reading mean tweets to make fun of the criticisms they get as public figures. 

However, the segment isn't very funny when kids re-enact the skit with real tweets. 

The Canadian Safe School Network had a group of children read aloud the tweets they received online to shed light to the effects of cyber bullying. 

At first, the tweets seem funny. Then, the video takes a dark turn.

    After two innings Friday night at Pete Taylor Park, the University of Southern Mississippi had strolled to a 6-0 lead over visiting Middle Tennessee State University. Literally. The 13th-ranked Golden Eagles took advantage of MTSU starter Jake Wyrick’s wildness, mixing six walks in with three hits to build an early lead on the way to a 9-1 Conference USA victory over the Blue Raiders.
