MARION COUNTY, MS (WDAM) -

A weekend drug sweep in Marion County resulted in 23 arrests and the recovery of illegal narcotics.

Members of the Marion County Narcotics Task Force and the Marion County Sheriff's Department participated in the county-wide sweep that started Saturday afternoon.

During the sweep, a search warrant was served at a house on Wiggins Road in the City of Columbia where three individuals were arrested. The others arrested were scattered throughout the city and county.

Some of the items officers recovered were; weapons, counterfeit money, around 2 pounds of spice, 2 cookies of crack, around 50 dosage units of Roxicodone, around 50 dosage units of Suboxone, and around a half a pound of marijuana.

The suspects arrested are listed below:

Derrick Johnson -- 4 counts possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute within 1500 feet of a church while in possession of a firearm. Bond was set at $400,000.

Leshones Jones-- 4 counts possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute within 1500 feet of a church while in possession of a firearm. Bond was set at $400,000.

Jacqueline Johnson-- 4 counts possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute within 1500 feet of a church while in possession of a firearm. Bond was set at $400,000.

Justus Lewallen—1 count, possession of a controlled substance. Bond set at $10,000.

Joshua Bradley Moore-- 1 count, possession of a controlled substance. Bond set at $25,000.

James R. Kelly—1 count, sale or transfer of a controlled substance. Bond set at $25,000.

Damian Hunter—1 count, sale or transfer of a controlled substance. Bond set at $500.

Kenneth Guy Jr. -- 1 count, sale or transfer of a controlled substance. Bond set at $500.

Kevin Ricahrds—possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute within 1500 feet of a church and possession of a controlled substance. Bond set at $100,000.

Patricia Denise Barnes – GJI Possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute within 1500 feet of a church. Bond set at $32,000.

Ben Ray Buckley – GJI Possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. Bond set at $20,000.

Tony R. Edwards—GJI sale or transfer of a controlled substance within 1500 feet of a school. Bond set at $40,000.

Jason David Fillingame—GJI Possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and GJI possession of a controlled substance. Bond set at $28,000.

Danny Ray Gales-- GJI sale or transfer of a controlled substance within 1500 feet of a church and sale or transfer of a controlled substance within 1500 feet of a school. Bond set at $46,000.

Travis Corey Graff—GJI Possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. Bond set at $3,000.

Lashonda Johnson—GJI Possession of a controlled substance. Bond set at $3,000.

Rosa Lee Lambert—GJI sale or transfer of a controlled substance within 1500 feet of a school. Bond set at $6,000.

William McLendon—GJI Sale or transfer of a controlled substance within 1500 feet of a church. Bond set at $40,000.

Terrell Mark—GJI Possession of a controlled substance while in possession of a firearm. GJI sale or transfer of a controlled substance within 1500 feet of a school. Bond set at $18,000.

William Keith Mixon—GJI Possession of a controlled substance. Bond set at $8,000.

Thomas I. O'Quinn—GJI Possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. Bond set a $8,000.

Mary Melissa Sumrall—GJI Possession of a controlled substance and introducing contraband into a correctional facility. Bond set at $10,000.

Gregory B. Watts—GJI Sale or transfer of a controlled substance within 1500 feet of a church. Bond set at $16,000.

    The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has issued a Missing/Endangered Child Alert for four-year-old William Holley III of Clarksdale. He was last seen Saturday at approximately 11:45 a.m. near the Hampton Inn and McDonald's on Highway 49 South in Clarksdale, in Coahoma County.
