Sumrall hunters compete for reality show

SUMRALL, MS (WDAM) - Some hunters from Sumrall have the chance to put the Pine Belt on the map with their very own television series.

They're part of a competition called The Search on the Pursuit Channel and they're competing against six other teams to win their own show.

"This show is unique to the South," said Anthony Bourne, co-owner and producer of Real South Hunting, "We like to show our lifestyle. Good country boys, very family-oriented,"

Real South Hunting needs your help. Viewers can vote once each week by clicking here. The competition wraps up in three weeks and the winners will be announced mid April.

"It's what we live for," said Brook Sanders, co-owner and producer. "It's what we do. We want this show to be real, something people can relate to."

They've stayed true to this concept from the beginning.

The cast of Real South Hunting will be at Murphy's Fish House in Sumrall the first Thursday of every month. They encourage folks to come out and learn what the show is all about. For more information on Real South Hunting, click here.
