Three Gulfport men were arrested and charged for leading police on a chase near Seminary.
Jeremy Davis, Adrian Cunningham and Camero Winters led police on the chase that began at the intersection of 589 and Highway 49, according to Seminary police. With assistance from the Covington County Sheriff's Department, the suspects were caught and arrested near Shady Acres.
During the chase, Winters was allegedly seen throwing what appeared to be crack cocaine from the vehicle, police said.
Five large bags containing marijuana as well as a large quantity of synthetic marijuana were also found, according to police.
Winters went before Municipal Court Judge Bobby Wayne Mooney Monday morning.
He was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and one count of synthetic marijuana (spice) with intent to distribute.
Bond was set at $200,000 for Winters.
During the bond hearing, he gained an additional charge for threatening an officer. Bond for the assault on a police officer by way of threat charge will be set Tuesday.
Davis was charged with suspended license, failure to have insurance and failure to yield for blue lights.
All three suspects are charged with disorderly conduct.
