The Greater PineBelt Community Foundation, in conjunction with Cornett Group, Inc., and Jackson & Arrington PLLC will host a, "Complimentary Estate Planning Seminar", for families of children with special needs on Tuesday, March 3 from 6:00p.m. to 7:30p.m. at the Arc of Southeast Mississippi located at 65 Bonhomie Road, Hattiesburg, MS.
The speaker for the night will be Neil Rogers, Attorney at Law, who will give a presentation on proper estate planning for families of children with special needs. Topics will include: advance health care directives, durable powers of attorney for financial management, wills appointing guardians and conservators for children, living trusts, special needs trusts, and a discussion of the process for obtaining conservatorship for your child.
Mr. Rogers is an Attorney at Law with Jackson and Arrington, PLLC. He specializes in estate planning, estate administration, business, and taxation.
