UPDATE: Identities of two accident victims released

ELLISVILLE, MS (WDAM) -

Officials have identified two victims involved in a fatal two-vehicle accident on Interstate 59 Friday.

According to Jones County Deputy Coroner Ernest Hollingsworth, Cayden Magee, 2, died at University Medical Center in Jackson around 3:00 p.m.

The Mississippi Highway Patrol identified the driver of the Dodge Avenger as Kelsey Eubanks, 20.

According to Hollingsworth, Eubanks was the child's mother. She and the toddler were injured when their car ran off the road and hit a tree after colliding with a dump truck.

The truck driver was not injured.

The wreck happened at 12:18 p.m., just south of the 85 mile marker in Ellisville.
