A Jeff Davis County man pleaded not guilty in a Purvis courtroom Wednesday in connection to a capital murder indictment.
Malcolm Koschitchex Love is facing a multi-count indictment which states he and two others, did willfully, unlawfully and feloniously design to kill or murder Antwaune Cortez Walker, at the time of a robbery in September 2013.
Love is one of three listed in the indictment as putting Walker in fear of some immediate injury by violence by displaying a shotgun. The listed property in the indictment describes an undetermined amount of cash, and following the crime of robbery (the three) did commit an act of capital murder.
Others listed in the multi-count indictment are Shanice Nichole Johnson, Joseph Bernard Spivey, as well as Gerald Jermaine Aldridge, of which the indictment lists he had knowledge of the crime of capital murder, as well as assist the three in the act.
Judge Prentiss Harrell set a trail date for March 23, 2015.
