Bio Soil Enhancers, Inc. hosted a training seminar in Hattiesburg this week.
HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) -
A Hattiesburg company which has been ranked as a top 10 manufacturing firm for the last two years by Inc. Magazine has been selected for the finals of a global initiative which challenges science and technology companies to solve big problems.
Bio-Soil Enhancers, Inc. (BSEI) and three other finalists will present their technology next Monday at the Google-sponsored Solve for X (SFX) event at Rutgers University.
BSEI makes SumaGrow, a product which uses microbes in place of traditional chemical fertilizers to increase crop yields. It also helps recover unusable lands and protects water resources.
The SFX initiative focuses on pioneering manufacturers that have developed innovative solutions and their life-changing projects are referred to as "moonshots."
