Most folks stayed dry today but a disturbance moving in from the west will likely change that late tonight into Monday. Models suggest showers scattered across the Pine Belt after midnight. Lows tonight will be warmer than we've seen recently, near 50 degrees.
Showers are likely through Monday so grab the umbrella before you leave the house. If you don't encounter rain on the way to work there's a good chance you'll see some before you make it home for the evening. A few rumbles of thunder can't be ruled out but nothing severe is anticipated. Monday will be warmer with highs in the mid/upper 60s. Enjoy it because it won't last long!
A cold front moving through the region should clear by Monday night, decreasing rain chances after dinner time. This will knock high temps back into the upper 40s and 50s through the remainder of the work week. Tuesday will be drier but don't expect the sunshine to return until Thursday.
