Hattiesburg Clinic's Dietitian, Stephanie Owen has a holiday treat you can make at home. It's low in sugar and calories. It's healthy, quick, easy and most of all she says it's delicious. Here are the ingredients in this week's merry medical housecall.

Cranberry Almond Dark Chocolate Clusters:

Melt the dark chocolate per directions on the back of the package. Add the cup of almonds, and cranberries. Mix well then place tablespoon-sized clusters of mixture on a non-stick baking sheet about 1-inch apart. Place them in the refrigerator to set for 15 minutes. Lastly, enjoy!
