COLUMBIA, MS (WDAM) - Columbia Police arrested and charged a man for making a false bomb threat to Columbia High School.
Zachary Johnson, 20, of Columbia has been arrested and charged for making a false bomb threat.
Columbia Police officials said the department received a 911 call on Tuesday noting there was a bomb placed at the high school. Local and state authorities searched the campus and discovered no detonation device.
Police say Johnson later admitted no device was ever placed at the school. A judge set Johnson's bond at $10,000.
