A Hattiesburg man is now behind bars and charged with residential burglary after an incident in the 500 block of Milton Barnes Avenue.
James Roberts, 27, was arrested by Hattiesburg police after gaining entry to a home by kicking in the door according to a Hattiesburg police incident report.
Officials say nothing appeared to be missing at first glance, but he was still charged with breaking and entering into the residence.
