Stuff-a-Truck a Big Success

HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) - Stuff-a-Truck was a major success bringing in added attention to helping others.

Executive Director of Christian Services Bill Prout said, “We ended up with somewhere over 2000 pounds of canned goods and dry goods and we look forward to using those. The food that came in will be used in the kitchen to feed the homeless, the hungry, the helpless.”

All goods not used for the day-to-day Meals on Wheels and servings at the center will go towards the annual Thanksgiving Meal as well as a Christmas dinner.
