Chief: Petal man accidentally drowned in Bay St. Louis

BAY ST. LOUIS, MS (WLOX) -

Bay St. Louis Police Chief Mike DeNardo confirmed to WLOX News the body pulled from the water near Bayou View Drive on Thursday morning was the result of an accidental drowning.

Hancock County Coroner Jim Faulk said 23-year-old Jeremy Jordan, of Petal, was last seen entering the water early Thursday morning. He said dive teams recovered Jordan's body shortly before 11 a.m.

Faulk said an autopsy has been scheduled for Friday morning.

I'm going to build me a mobile unit.”
